Relationships Are More Important Than Transactions

I know my job description says I’m a real estate agent. Which is true. However, there’s more to it than that. Many realtors will show up at your house, get the paperwork signed, plant a sign on the lawn, put your home on MLS, sell it, collect commission and then ride off into the sunset.

I like to think I’m a little different. Yes, I do all of the stuff I mentioned above, except for the riding off part. I also do about 150 other things that most people don’t know anything about. My greatest joy about being in this business is helping excited buyers and sellers find what they are looking for. Whether it’s their first home, moving up to a larger one, or even downsizing to something more manageable, it’s a wonderful feeling for them and me when they get the keys.

When I was a kid, when many families would go for ice cream on a nice weekend afternoon, we would go to open houses around St. Thomas, On. Seriously. So, I guess I must come by the house bug honestly. I love helping clients find the right house and I love helping them sell for a great price. I look forward to connecting with you.

You Control My Business: I know I must earn future referrals, so I aim to exceed your expectations.

I have a vested interest in making sure that you are completely satisfied at the end of our transaction together. I want you to be so “fired-up” that you can’t wait to tell your friends and family about
me and the fantastic service you received!

When you come across an opportunity, I appreciate you referring me to great people like yourself, who would benefit from the excellent service and personal attention I provide.
